At TOMS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process to ensure your package is tracked.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
