How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also log into your account to view your order status.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn and unwashed merchandise in its original packaging. Returns are free for all domestic orders.
How do TOMS shoes fit?
Most of our shoes run true to size. If you are typically between sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size as TOMS will stretch slightly as you break them in.
What payment methods do you accept?
